Business Process Improvement

 "A consultant is someone who borrows your watch to tell you the time, and then keeps the watch,” stated advertising executive Carl Ally in 1965. This was further popularized by Robert Townsend, former CEO of Avis, in his book, Up the Organization (1970).

In the coming months, I will be blogging on the role of Strategic Architectures in Business Process Improvement for Metaspire Consulting. As I discuss this topic I will be looking forward to questions or comments from you related to the development and use of Strategic Architectures as applied to a variety of industries.

My industry experiences range from Manufacturing to Telecommunications, Food, and most recently, Health Care. My background is in Business Process Management, Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Architecture.
