He is a highly motivated individual interested utilizing his business experiences to enable organizations to successfully implement and improve business processes.

Mr. Robins is an experienced consultant in Enterprise Architecture Development, Enterprise Business Process Modeling, Project Planning, Group Facilitation, and Business Process Improvement. During the past 20+ years, he has demonstrated expertise as an Enterprise Architect, Business Process Consultant, and Group Facilitation Session Leader.

Theodore Perkovich (Ted) is President and founder of VE Marketing – a firm focused on providing rapid and quantifiable business process improvement consulting services.  Formerly a Managing Consultant with Proforma Corporation and Metastorm, he has provided process improvement, systems analysis, and design consulting in insurance, finance, transportation, manufacturing, direct marketing and higher education, among other industries, over the course of 20+ years.  Mr. Perkovich’s career began as a computer programmer and advanced through system and business analysis into strategic process improvement and process excellence.

Jayme Lima Neto is a Master Project Manager, Director of Technologies with over 25 years of experience working as a technologies portfolio manager and responsible for the delivery of projects of variable complexity levels. In his professional experience, he has worked in South America, North America, and Europe. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Jayme has worked on project and portfolio deliveries in American Express, Capemi, Cap Gemini-Ernest & Young, and Banco de Credito Portugues.
 
An avid student of emotional intelligence and leadership skills, Jayme also provides professional executive coaching and mentoring services.

John Golden

John Golden has an extensive background reflecting a 25-plus year consulting career delivering process engineering and system requirements services and solutions spanning automotive, manufacturing, insurance, energy, and temporary staffing industries.  Since the early 1980’s, John has been both a practitioner and manager of  business solution teams delivering leading edge process engineering and system requirements analysis consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies.  During this time, John also filled a principal role in the development of a proven, repeatable and commercially-available project execution methodology called ProGuide, along with supporting service offerings, collateral, and training materials.  This methodology is currently in practice at dozens of organizations and federal/state agencies, including HP, Allergan, Intel, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida, United Airlines, State of California, State of New York, and many more.
