John Golden

John Golden, Senior Process Facilitator

 
John Golden has an extensive background reflecting a 25-plus year consulting career delivering process engineering and system requirements services and solutions spanning automotive, manufacturing, insurance, energy, and temporary staffing industries.  Since the early 1980’s, John has been both a practitioner and manager of  business solution teams delivering leading edge process engineering and system requirements analysis consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies.  During this time, John also filled a principal role in the development of a proven, repeatable and commercially-available project execution methodology called ProGuide, along with supporting service offerings, collateral, and training materials.  This methodology is currently in practice at dozens of organizations and federal/state agencies, including HP, Allergan, Intel, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida, United Airlines, State of California, State of New York, and many more. 

John has served many clients as a business transformation and systems requirements consultant and engagement manager.  Using proven and repeatable approaches and John’s attention to customer needs and details, he has facilitated dozens of process change, organizational change and (model-based) system requirements analysis/design projects to a successful conclusion.
