»» How Our Mastermind Works

• Our program is super interactive, and time goes by fast.
• We start with a welcome, introductions, getting present, and context setting.
• The monthly topic is based on Nina’s best-selling book Every Day Is Friday: The ACTT Blueprint For Leaders & Entrepreneurs.
• Then, one of the best parts, during the Mastermind portion of our session, you get to ask for what you want from other powerful, smart, caring leaders on the call (they love brainstorming and contributing just as much as you). So, please take a moment to consider what we can support you with. Here are a few examples:
  • “How can I have a stronger work-life balance?”
  • “How can I best negotiate x,y,z?”
  • “How can I create a shared vision with my top leaders and employees?”
  • “What ideas do you have to move your clients from purchase to loyalty to advocacy?

Most importantly, please review this document- “Giving and Receiving Feedback Guidelines,” to understand how we effectively and respectfully give and receive feedback in our community.

• During the mastermind, we ask that you be fully present, turn your camera on, be open, and be curious so that you can get the most of the session. This portion of the program is confidential and not recorded, and we are an invitation-only community, so feel free to let your hair down.

Finally, we will listen to your ah-ha moments so that you feel inspired and empowered for the rest of your day.
