change & integration management
recognizing the need to change
Metaspire’s Change & Integration Roadmap is a simple and customizable solution for leaders. Although it was created to be used at an enterprise level, the tool is scalable for managing developmental and transitional changes.
We leveraged the teachings of Organizational Learning pioneers like Edgar Schein, Peter Senge and Ken Blanchard to create this valuable roadmap. Metaspire’s change roadmap leverages a set of tools and techniques that are designed to ensure that human variables are addressed and that changes are managed into a positive history.
metaspire’s change & integration roadmap
The top line are behavioral objectives for your change audience. The blue squares are phases. All of the white rounded boxes include qualitative and or quantitative tools. The green rounded boxes are done continually. Although we use numbers in the road map. It is not necessarily sequential. In this way, behavioral expectations are aligned, integrated and sustainable within the work environment.
The expected result of this roadmap is for stakeholders to understand the Value Proposition of the Change and the pains of maintaining the status quo. The Voice of the Leadership team, the Voice of the Customer and The Voice of the Employees performing the work will continually be aligned specific to the value of the change and what they must do to obtain clear measures of success.
You’ve heard of the old adage, “It takes a whole city to raise a child.” right? In business, change must be communicated and sustained from a leadership perspective (vertically) and by peer influences (influencers) horizontally. Addressing politics and conflicting priorities are essential steps to any type of organizational change. Most importantly, consequences and rewards must be clearly identified and identifiable by the target audience.
realigning your organization
In order to effectively realign your organization, it is important to have participatory dialog sessions to uncover assumptions, values, attitudes and behaviors. Once these are identified, we can effectively conduct:
- Organizational Readiness Levels
- Organizational Design Needs
- Organizational Integration Action Plan
- Key Behavioral Performance Measures
One tool from this roadmap helps leaders identify organizational considerations in order to complete a change & integration action plan specific to your program or initiative.
Other tools describe what is often heard or felt and not necessarily “seen”. In the below model, we see a typical conflict facing people both professionally and personally.
Change Management consulting from Metaspire is simply the most effective way to keep your most profitable changes in effect because it is not just about managing change, it is about ensuring integration and sustainability.
