The Question Strong Leaders Ask
January is a doorway.
A moment when strong leaders pause, take stock, and choose direction with intention.
Not rushing forward.
Not reacting, but staying anchored in what matters.
Without a clear personal and company vision, leaders slip into reactivity.
Days fill quickly.
Decisions matter more. Time gets spent instead of invested.
When we slow down long enough to listen inward, something shifts.
We remember who we are leading.
We remember why this work matters.
We remember that vision is not about prediction.
It is about alignment.
This month, our Every Day Is Friday Mastermind gathered for Create Your 2026 Vision with Clarity & Confidence. Together, we stepped away from tactics and into the foundational work that sustains great leadership over time.
Not goal setting.
Not resolutions.
Vision.
Participants were invited to engage in a part of leadership that often gets overlooked. The creative, intuitive, human side that brings clarity before strategy and confidence before execution.
As one participant, Jennifer Becker, shared:
“I really enjoyed activating my creative brain.”
That activation matters. Creativity is not a luxury in leadership. It is a discipline. One that helps leaders see beyond today’s demands and choose a future that feels aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling.
This experience was strengthened by the thoughtful presence and steady guidance of Angela Sarver, who helped create a grounded, supportive space where leaders could fully engage in their vision for the year.
By the end of our time together, our inner circle leaders, Adriana, Andrew, @Angela, Diana, Gisele, Jonathan, Jennifer, and Jayme, had begun shaping a 2026 Vision Board that reflected more than business outcomes. It reflected the life and leadership they are choosing to create.
A vision that guides wiser decisions.
A vision that strengthens culture.
A vision that helps leadership feel more fun and fulfilling. Like a Friday.
Most leaders want stronger profitability, clearer direction, and teams that stay engaged. What often gets in the way is not the market or other people. It is the leadership patterns that no longer fit who they have become.
The Modern Leadership Assessment™ helps bring clarity by allowing leaders to:
• Understand their innate leadership traits
• Identify blind spots that may be limiting results
• Reimagine their impact on teams and relationships
• Release outdated leadership paradigms
• Lead with greater integration, confidence, and intention
The strongest years are built the same way strong companies are built.
Clarity first.
Confidence next.
Then, choices that honor both who we are and where we are going.
With gratitude for our inner circle, our guests, and everyone committed to leading with intention and heart.
Here’s to a 2026 led with creativity, clarity, and calm confidence.
Warmly,
Nina
