Special Projects:

As founding member of Metaspire, Nina created the business and marketing foundational infrastructure. As Metaspire’s Executive Director, she is responsible for partnering with clients on clear goals and measures of success, formulating teams, increasing client profitability and ensuring engagement deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.

Metaspire is a boutique management consulting and coaching firm located in Florida that partners with national leaders in order to create the plans and infrastructure necessary to cultivate change; services include: strategic planning, business process improvement facilitation and analysis, building process management infrastructures, culture change management, integration training and program planning.

For JPMorgan Chase, Nina led a team of Business Process Facilitators and Analysts, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelts and Organizational Developers to conduct a comprehensive strategic view of Customer Service Operations including benchmarking the customer call center experience and employee empowerment competencies for high team performance.

Nina facilitated a Blue Cross Blue Shield (Ehp) Rapid Improvement Event in order to integrate Business Process Engineering and Human Capital Development methodologies so that the proper Organizational Development & Design deliverables were provided to Operational Leaders and HR for capacity planning, career paths, job description modifications and other essential changes critical to optimal utilization of resources.

Ms. Segura co-facilitated workshops for the development of Hewlett Packard’s (HP) Global Marketing Enterprise Architecture, creating various business interaction, communication, system, and workflow models for Marketing Delivery. Through these workshops, HP realized a conservative $67M save in operating expenses within the first year. To sustain these changes, Nina led WW Marketing and Indirect Sales Black Belt Community through culture change tools and techniques, as well as cost benefit simulation exercises.

Prior to working with HP, Nina worked as a Certified Technologies Project Manager and Organizational Development Manager for American Express Technologies Global Reengineering. She managed a global team responsible for the communication, training and culture change management needed to sustain an extensive Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) benchmarking programming that identified $200M in savings by restructuring software development processes.

After receiving her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Nina leveraged her training and began leading regional teams through process improvements and design. In one structural re-engineering effort, American Express recognized a $7M reduction in OPEX over a three-year period. The project was delivered on time and under budget.

Nina has been published by American Express Open Forum: How to Build and Sustain Customer Loyalty  and How to Train Your Customer to be More Profitable.
