Recognizing the Need to Change

Metaspire's Change & Integration Roadmap is a simple and customizable solution for change leaders regardless of what type of change is occurring. Because nothing exists in isolation, Metaspire looks at organizational change systemically.

This involves leveraging a set of tools and techniques that are designed to ensure that human variables are addressed and that changes are managed into a positive history. We leveraged the teachings of Organizational Learning and Developers Edgar Schein, Peter Senge and Ken Blanchard.

The purpose of this scalable roadmap is to guide Process-Focused Professionals with leading organizational change and integration efforts. Metaspire works alongside client resources to ensure that any people, process, and or tool changes are understood. In this way, behavioral expectations are aligned, integrated and sustainable within the work environment.

The expected result of this roadmap is for stakeholders to understand the Value Proposition of the Change and the pains of maintaining the status quo. The Voice of the Leadership team, the Voice of the Customer and The Voice of the Employees performing the work will continually be aligned specific to the value of the change and what they must do to obtain clear measures of success.

Have you heard of the old adage, "It takes a whole city to raise a child.”?  In business, change must be communicated and sustained from a leadership perspective (vertically) and by peer influences (influencers) horizontally. Addressing politics and conflicting priorities are essential steps to any type of organizational change.  Most importantly, consequences and rewards must be clearly identified and identifiable by the target audience.

Change management is a mindset, a series of techniques designed to:

a) Ensure that human variables are addressed and  b) Ensure changes are managed into a positive history.  Often times Human Resource Departments are underutilized when it comes to strategic initiatives. Therefore, initiative owners, program managers and project managers typically must address the change in partnership with Human Resources.
