Virtual Team Building Activities

Are you looking for a way for your remote employees to feel connected while they work from home so that they have the same feeling as being face to face and in the same room as their co-workers?

Recently I shared with you the “Best Way to Manage Virtual Teams” and my three keys to be a super virtual leader so you can lead and manage your virtual team with ease “S-V-T”.

We all recognize that team bonding is a key component to any virtual team, and these fun team building games, based on our S-V-T acronym, will help you build trust and create a Super Virtual Team of your own.

Below we share with you three videos where one of our trainers, Christine Stiller, and I review our Top Three Virtual Team Building Activities for you and your remote team members to use during your team meetings!
